April 10 Be Great in 2008Well we are into the new year, time is flying, so what are my plans.
After a few damn set backs all is full steam ahead.
It is amazing how things can fall apart when things emotionally and mentally are off.
But within a few days of clearing out the crap in my life, the old me was back.
It doesnt matter how hard you try to train and diet, unless your life is settled, its like fighting an up hill battle.
Thanks to my wonderful friends who stood by me and just waited til I got my life back on track.
My beautiful training partner, who shits me when he doesnt show for training but whom makes my day each morning when he does.
And to all my fans and friends around the world for always having such confidence in me and my ability.
Another year older in a couple of days, I am determined to get back on stage soon and even better than before.
