All the comps have a special significance, 1995 competing in the World Police games to a packed Dallas Brooks hall, and the whole place going crazy when an Aussie walked on stage and then winning my first IFBB state title in 1996, naturally with no use of any assisting drugs.  I had always been told that I couldn't win naturally but I did and showed them that it is possible. It just takes a little longer.

Winning NABBA Australian titles in 2002 and then competing at the Universe competition in the UK. It didn’t matter my placing it was taking part that made it so special, being on stage and representing my country.

In 2004 to win the IFBB Australian title thus having a National title with both federations.

2007 returning to the World Police games in Adelaide and winning gold medal in my weight class.

Founding Australian Women with Muscle has been an added bonus associated with the sport, through this I have been lucky to meet wonderful women and men around the country and make many new friends. www.geocites.com/auswomenmuscle

Recent accomplishments.

For the last 5 years I have taken to judging at competition, I find this a great challenge, not only to test myself at what I should know, the longer I have been in this sport the more people I get to know, at last years State title I knew nearly every single competitor a lot long time friends and fellow competitors. This was a test to remain unbiased and judge the body I saw in front of me.

This past 6 months

I have become involved with writing an Australian gossip column for an American bodybuilding magazine ‘Kaged Muscle’.

Recently I got to meet some of my new friends from New Zealand

Now I am taking part of in Anne’s website.   www.nzbb.info/nzbb Where I am featured and will continue to take part in answering letters from readers.

Also I will be involved with writing a column for the latest bodybuilding magazine to hit Australia, ‘Hardcore Aussie Muscle’ owned by friend Craig Lucas.
